If you're sure you've found a bug, feel free to enter it into the tracking system. If you think you might have found a bug, please ask on the mailing list first. In both cases, please include as much information as you can about the bug: What system (OS, graphics card, libavg version) are you running on, program output, stack trace in case of a core dump, etc.
